Pendleton Woolen Mills

A tilt-up concrete office addition for Pendleton's Washougal Plant affords a direct connection into the plant through a break room. The building serves as headquarters for the accounting and production offices of the plant as well as providing space for a training/conference room and design lab. Tinted glass and anodized storefront glazing contribute to the corporate image of the building. Manager's offices are flanked by open office pools. The Washougal plant receives raw wool at one end of the facility and ships finished products out the other.
